A session starts with a short conversation about what you would like to focus on, followed by the healing itself, and time afterwards to rest and reflect. Sessions are one-on-one, in person in Ottawa or remotely by video or distance healing.
You do not need to be in the same room, or even in the same city. For a remote healing session, we connect by video or work by distance healing at an agreed time. For a remote house clearing, you do not need to be present, and a summary of the work is shared with you afterwards.
Just a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted, and an idea of what you would like to focus on. For a tarot reading, have your one question ready. For a house clearing, tell us in your booking message anything you have noticed about the space.
Everyone is different. Many people describe feeling calmer, lighter, or more rested. Take it easy afterwards if you can, and let us know how you are feeling if you have questions.
